DBT Group: Practical Skills for Developing Emotional Wellbeing
Life can bring stress, anxiety, strong emotions, relationship challenges, and situations that feel difficult to navigate. This 6-week adult group uses skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you develop greater emotional awareness, manage difficult emotions, strengthen boundaries, improve relationships, and respond to life’s challenges with greater intention.
Through guided discussion, practical exercises, and weekly skills practice, participants will have the opportunity to build tools they can use in real life—not just in the therapy room.
This group is a supportive, judgment-free space for adults (19+) who want to better understand themselves, strengthen emotional wellbeing, and create meaningful change.
Group will be led by Kristen Edwards and co-facilitated by Rochelle W. Murrell.
